You may find that only the outer section of your frame rail is suffering badly from rust. No need to replace the complete frame box section with this full length outer section. Simply weld to your existing inner to form the 4 sided box section.

This portion of the frame rail welds to the inner section (sold separately), to create the 4 sided frame rail box. This 13 gauge steel section connects the radiator support to the firewall.  Weld nuts are included.
